Bishop Darren D. Gayle is the Lead Pastor of The Life Shift Church in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. This multicultural ministry serves multiple generations with a modern approach. A resident of Saint Lucie County for over seventeen years, he is deeply involved in various community initiatives. These include the Annual Back to School Give-Away, Christmas Toy Give-Away in partnership with the Port Saint Lucie Police Department, and serving as a
volunteer chaplain for the Port Saint Lucie County Jail. The church regularly donates to a local food pantry and hosts The Day of Hope, providing showers, new clothes, food, and information on housing and employment to those in need. Additionally, he operates a feeding program called Shift Cafe, which offers Sunday meals to the community after services. His dedication to community service earned him a nomination for the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden.

Bishop Gayle has appeared multiple times on the Trinity Broadcasting Network and various radio programs worldwide. He has ministered alongside renowned pastors such as Bishop Liston Page I and II, Bishop TD Jakes, Bishop Noel Jones, Pastor Chris Hill, Bishop Hezekiah Walker, Pastor Shirley Caesar, and Bishop John Francis. In 2023, he aligned his ministry with Bishop Liston Page II under the Greater Highway Deliverance Ministries, led by Presiding Prelate Bishop Liston Page I.

Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from York College, he completed Bible School at United Christian Bible College in Queens, New York. He completed his doctoral studies in Theology, Church Growth, and Development at Saint Thomas Christian University, where he was the valedictorian. Currently he is enrolled in Episcopal Formation Training under Arch-Bishop Emilio Alvarez at the Institute for Paleo-Orthodox Christian Studies. He is also a certified life coach and he founded the GINOSKO Elite Mentorship (GEM) program, aiming to empower, enrich, and elevate minds in businesses and churches. Bishop Darren D. Gayle is a seasoned entrepreneur who has successfully led a thriving business for over 20 years.

Bishop Gayle is married to First Lady and Executive Pastor of The Life Shift Church, Roxanne Trissia Gayle, JD. They have four children whom he believes will make a global impact.
